The United Bank of Egypt is a local Egyptian bank, established in 2006 by order of the Central Bank of Egypt with the aim of activating the policy of banking reform, and it owns 99.9% of it, and the bank has acquired 3 banks: The United Egyptian Bank and the Islamic Bank for Development and Investment And the Nile Bank, whose paid-up capital has reached 3.5 billion Egyptian pounds, and thus it is the third-largest bank in the republic, providing its services to the public through the branch network that has reached 65 branches.
